What data we collect

Providing this data is voluntary, but we cannot respond to your inquiry without at least your name and email address.

If we work together, we also process billing and contract details.

We use built-in analytics provided by Framer to understand general website activity. These analytics are anonymized and do not identify individual visitors.

Legal basis for processing

We use your data only to reply to your inquiry. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to messages people send us (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't use it for marketing, profiling, or automated decisions.

Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary:

• Inquiry data is kept for as long as relevant to the communication

• Client and contract data is kept for the duration of the cooperation

• Accounting data is retained in accordance with Czech legal requirements.

After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

We do not share personal data unless necessary to operate our business, comply with legal obligations, or provide our services.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, or, where applicable, request a portable copy.
